How to stop the notes

If you have been receiving letters from hello@getbettasoon.com, send a message to that same address with the word Unsubscribe in the subject. We remove the address from the note list and we do not ask you to explain yourself, though a reason helps us write better letters for other households.

The form on this page checks the email and the confirmation box in your browser, then shows a confirmation message. It does not connect to a list on a server. The email to hello@getbettasoon.com is the request a person will act on.

Unsubscribing from notes does not cancel a project, an estimate, or a conversation already underway about your home. Those stay on their own email thread until you and Maya close them. It also does not delete a message you already sent us about a room. Read the Privacy Policy for how mailbox notes are kept.

If you subscribed by mistake, or someone used your email without asking, write to us and say so. We treat that as an unsubscribe plus a request to ignore the earlier signup.
